1. Services Offered

We provide event management and decoration services across Rajasthan, including but not limited to weddings, festivals, private functions, and corporate events. All services are customized based on the client’s needs and confirmed through written agreements or advance payments.

2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The balance payment must be made as per the agreement terms before or on the event date.
Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation without liability to the company.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 15 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event may incur additional cancellation charges.
Any changes to dates or services must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate event details and ensure venue readiness. Any government permissions, licenses, or venue charges must be arranged by the client unless agreed otherwise.

5. Liability

While we take utmost care in service delivery, Shree Events & Decorations is not liable for:

Delays or cancellations due to natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure.
Any damages caused by guests or third-party vendors not affiliated with us.
Any losses arising from misinformation provided by the client.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, designs, logos, and text on our website are the property of Shree Events & Decorations. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.

7. Promotions & Advertising

We may use photos or videos of your event for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or advertisements unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India.
